Are you ready to apply?
Please review the checklist below before submitting an application.
If you have any questions about the loan, please reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] for assistance.
Are you Facing an HOA Special Assesment?
SCHA will need to contact information for the HOA and receive documentation regarding the HOA charges. The funds will be given directly to the HOA property manager.
Is your home in need of maintenance?
SCHA will assist with maintenance needs on the approved capital improvement list. Please reach out if you are unsure if the needed repairs are approved.
Do you have a hired contractor for the repairs?
SCHA will submit the payment to the contractor doing the work, not the homeowner.
Are you a deed restricted homeowner?
The loan program assists deed restricted homeowners in Summit County – the unit must be owner-occupied.
Have the repairs been completed?
SCHA will only approve a loan before the work has been completed. If you are reaching out after the work has been finalized, SCHA will not move forward.
