    Step 2: Schedule Q&A with Habitat Staff and receive Homeownership Application

    Step 3: Complete and Return Homeownership Application, via secure DropBox link

    Step 4: Complete Checklist A, via secure DropBox link

    Step 5: Complete Checklist B, via secure DropBox link

    Step 6: Secure a mortgage product with Dana Holland

    Step 7: Start Volunteer Hours, 150 hours per applicant

    • Homeowner Education and Budgeting classes
    • Volunteer for home construction or at ReStore
    • Completing lending paperwork and documentation/s

    Additional Information:

    Income eligible applicants must earn between 70% – 100% AMI.

    Mortgage can not exceed 30% of an applicants monthly income.

    Homeowners are expected to pay a minimum of 1% down (estimated $3,250).

    Deed Restriction Highlights

    • No application is required or needed to apply for BaseCamp Shops and Residences.
    • First 30 days that the unit is publicly offered for sale, a Business or Individual located within the Ten Mile Base will complete either Exhibit C-1 or Exhibit C-2 form of Affidavit.

    Please Note:

    The term “employed within the Ten Mile Basin” shall mean employment at a job which pays wages or a salary for work performed an average of at least 30 hours per week on an annual basis in the Ten Mile Basin, counting hours worked within the Unit and hours worked at any other location within the Ten Mile Basin.

    • After the 30 days, a Business or Individual located within Summit County will complete either Exhibit C-3 or Exhibit C-2 forms of Affidavit.

    Please Note:

    The term “employed within Summit County” shall mean employment at a job which pays wages or a salary for work performed an average of at least 30 hours per week on an annual basis in Summit County, counting hours worked within the Unit and hours worked at any other location within Summit County.
