RUNWAY NEIGHBORHOOD 1.2 LOTTERY INFORMATION

The second phase of the Runway Neighborhood will have 17 homes with single family homes and duplexes available.

There are two separate lotteries in this phase – Summit School District and the Public Lottery. Some Households may qualify to apply for BOTH lotteries.

Please read the requirements carefully for each lottery and decide which one you qualify for. If you are unsure if your household meets the requirements for both lotteries, reach out to [email protected] and we can assist you.

Phase 1.2 Lottery Timeline

  • Sept 9th

    Open House 5:00-6:30 at the South Branch Library

    5:00-6:30 at the South Branch Library – 103 S. Harris St. Breckenridge

  • October 9th - October 15th

    Summit School District Lottery Application Open

    At least one household member must work 30+ hours per week on an annual basis for the Summit School District to enter this lottery.

    Summit School District Employees can enter both lotteries.

  • October 14th

    SCHA Extended Hours

    SCHA will have extended hours to answer any questions you may have from 4:30 – 6:30 on Wednesday, October 14th.

    You can stop by SCHA anytime; you do not have to wait for this timeframe!

    Summit School District Lottery Results Posted

    SCHA will post the lottery results for the Summit School District Lottery.

    Full Buyer Applications will be sent to the top lottery winners.

  • October 16th - October 22nd

    Public Lottery Application Open

    One household member working in and in service to Summit County, CO for 30 hours per week on an annual basis.

  • October 21st

    SCHA Extended Hours

    SCHA will have extended hours to answer any questions you may have from 4:30 – 6:30 on Wednesday, October 21st.

    You can stop by SCHA anytime; you do not have to wait for this timeframe!

    Public Lottery Results Posted

    SCHA will post the lottery results for the Public Lottery.

    Full Buyer Applications will be sent to the top lottery winners.
