    Minimum Requirements to enter the Lottery:

    • Asset Testing Required: Assets cannot exceed ≤ $200,000 at the time of entering a purchase contract. (retirement accounts are exempt)
    • Income Testing: Gross annual household income is below 120% AMI at 1.5 persons per bedroom size (1.5 x 3 = 4.5) or by actual size of the household, whichever is greater. 120% AMI income for 4.5 persons: $152,040
    • Employment: Applicant must work an average of 30 hours per week on an annual basis in Summit County, CO.

    Additional Priority Requirements for the Lottery:

    • Employment: Applicant will receive 1 Extra Priority who work an average of 30 hours per week on an annual basis in the Snake River Basin or Lower Blue Basin in Summit County, CO.
    • Employment: Applicant will receive 2 Extra Priorities who can demonstrate they have been working in Summit County for 10+ years on an average of 30 hours per week on an annual basis. Individuals will need to fill out the Summit County Employed Affidavit.
