The SCHA processes applications in the order received and works diligently to process in a timely manner. Once the applications team has completed the review of your application, regardless of approval status, the SCHA will reach out via the email provided. For a lottery resale unit, processing can be done after the application period has closed.

SCHA does not accept physical copies of documentation or in-person submissions. All submissions must be through the online application.

iPhones have the capability to scan your documents directly in your files app. If you do not have a scanner, this is one way to get a digital copy. Photos of your physical document (must be legible) are accepted.

If multiple lottery pre-screen forms are received meeting the Snake River Basin- West Hills Specific work priority in the 20-day listing period, the lottery will be held with these households only.
