Winter is here!  The days are getting a bit shorter, the nights are getting a bit cooler . . . and it’s time for annual monitoring.  You are required to complete the annual monitoring process if you are the owner of one or more deed restricted properties in Summit County.  The annual monitoring form can be accessed online, and we anticipate it should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

We understand that you may be currently impacted by the COVID-19 situation.  Please fully complete the form based on your current situation, and enter any explanations in the associated text boxes.  This will allow us to provide your explanations to the relevant jurisdiction as they’re reviewing this year’s responses.  We’re here to help in these challenging times.

The key dates for the 2021 annual monitoring period are:

  • 11/9/2021:  The annual monitoring period opens.
  • 12/31/2021:  The annual monitoring period closes.  Any owner who has not submitted their information by this date will be considered a non-responder and referred to the relevant Town or County for follow-up.
