2019 Monitoring Free Vacation Week Drawing Results

Congratulations to Matt Bly, the winner of the 2019 monitoring free vacation week.  Matt was one of the many folks who got his monitoring done on the very first day.  We wish you safe travels, and bon voyage!

Thank you as well to everyone who got their monitoring completed by the deadline.  If you missed it this year, we are hoping to do something similar in 2020, so keep an eye out for the fall monitoring announcement.

Have safe and happy holidays, everyone!

The drawing was held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 and was streamed live on the SCHA’s Facebook page.  The drawing was conducted as follows:

  • Upon completion of the monitoring form, each owner received a pdf response form with their system-generated entry number.
  • Submissions had to be received by October 21, 2019 to be eligible for the drawing.
  • If multiple submissions were received for the same property, only one submission was entered into the drawing and the submission number used is noted on the results file.
  • Selection of the winning entry was conducted via a third-party random number generator, which was streamed live on the SCHA’s Facebook page.
  • The winning owner will be contacted at the email or phone number provided on their monitoring form.  If the winning owner does not respond by November 30, 2019 to make arrangements to pick up the certificate, their turn will be forfeited and the next entry selected will be contacted.

The full drawing results are posted below.  Please note that for confidentiality reasons, the results will only include the owner’s system-generated entry number and not any names, addresses, or personally identifiable information.  The system-generated entry number can be found on the pdf response form.

Thank you very much to BGV Gives for their generous donation!
