Info on upcoming new rental development – Huron Landing!

The Town of Breckenridge and Summit County are excited to announce the upcoming summer 2017 completion of Huron Landing, a new workforce housing project. Huron Landing is located near the intersection of Highway 9 and Huron Road, adjacent to the Lower Flume Trailhead. This locally designed project includes 12 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and 14 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. Amenities include private entrances, storage, decks, surface parking and walkability to Summit Stage stops and the Breckenridge Recreation Center.

We will offer 22 of the Huron Landing units through a lottery for local workforce housing.

The Website will include a project description with rental rates and policies, criteria for qualified applicants, and information on the application and lottery process.  We are still anticipating mid-July occupancy with a lottery approximately June 1st.   Applications can be downloaded on the website and will be taken through the process identified on the website until approximately mid-May for eligibility in the lottery.
