Notice will be posted if the waiting list opens.
If you have a Section 8 voucher and wish to port to Summit, Park or Clear Creek Counties, please first check with your own Housing Authority. They may want to know our Fair Market Rents. If approved to port, your Housing Authority will send us your portability paperwork.
