THE HOUSING CHOICE SECTION 8 VOUCHER PROGRAM is designed to allow people who have very low incomes the chance to rent decent,safe, and sanitary housing at a rent they can afford.
SCHA provides participants looking for a place to live with a list of landlords willing to participate in the Section 8 program. This is the first form we need completed by a
landlord in order to calculate gross rent.

Needs to be attached to the lease
