SCHA prepares a resale calculation spreadsheet for each unit that has a cap on appreciation.  These spreadsheets indicate the maximum sales price allowed per the deed restriction.  This does not necessarily mean the amount the property will sell for.  As always, that depends on the current real estate market and the condition of the unit.  For a resale calculation on your unit, please contact Joanne Van Steenberghe.
